Clearly, I acknowledge that 708 charts with 211 (+/-) lines each chart represent a significant amount of data. On the spreadsheet, I have added examples of two of the 708 possible zone charts (tab 91000-91899) and samples of what we would want the final calculations to look like (tab Zone Calc). Everything is based on the first three digits of an Origin zip code and the first three digits of a destination zip code. The link to the spreadsheet can be found at [insert link]. What I aim to create is the ability to input two random zip codes in Excel, and have a calculation performed to determine what zone the shipment would be considered. UPS and FedEx both offer zone calculators on their websites, allowing me to enter my starting zip code and receive information on which shipping zones other parts of the country fall under based on that initial zip code.
